To grasp the governing framework of the Kingdom, which God has established in the earth for His cause and purpose,  it is first imperative that we situate ourselves within the broader context of the Kingdom, as we are the lawful, sovereign, birthright heirs of it.   The gravity of the insights presented here, and within this research cannot be overstate —this is where our destiny with Christ converges with the physical world.  Once unveiled, this information becomes an indelible aspect of one's understanding, that cannot be unseen or ignored.

This information unravels the Beguiling & the Spiritual Witchcraft spun across our nation, showing the spiritual and physical impact it has had, and how it now holds all Americans captive by law. Making both Covenant men, and heathen alike ...captive. Captive by foreign principalities and foreign rulers, from the foreign jurisdictions of The District of Columbia for well over 150 years now.   

Our fathers, our grandfathers and now our great grandfathers have believed things that are not foundationally true and they were deceived out of their birthright inheritance, and now here we are today, in a mess caused by leaders following false foundations.

The intent of publishing this research, is an endeavor to illuminate; our providence, our path, our lawful sovereign birthright inheritance, our trajectory as the sovereign birthright heirs, towards our holy appointments as the Royal Covenant Seed of God in America. "Lawful Standing" is what gives us the right and the ability to stand in our birthright positions and capacities as Yeshua HaMashiac's lawful sovereign birthright heirs, with the real power of His Signet Ring.

Lawful Standing is The Key that unlocks our birthright inheritance. Our birthright inheritances and all their capabilities and capacities are strictly dependent upon us knowing how to properly Stand within the framework of law to navigate all Courts of the World .  It refers to the who, and the what we are, according to God's will & law and according to our national foundation & Sovereign law.  These things are necessities for keeping us straight and plum with Christ's will and our date with destiny with Him. Our lawful standing in this nation is the Key to accessing our inheritance, and no one within the 5-fold fold ministry of Christ is even considering this. and it must be proven in courts of law to be validated.

Our inheritance is our birthright, and it belongs to all of us. All that is seen and unseen within our birthright and within our inheritance is our property, it all belongs to us, without apology.   Our Lawful Standing taps into our birthright, and our birthright allows us to tap into our inheritance. Gaining full access to our inheritance allows us to step into our sovereign capacities with Christ. Which is where that Signet is used  …betrothed. Our destiny is preordained. So act upon it.

Without your birthright property (those things seen and unseen), you can have no liberty and without your birthright inheritance, you have no dominion ...by law. 

Today, our enemies use our ignorance of our own birthright inheritance against us.

If "we the covenant people" have never been taught what our Lawful Standing is,  in our own nation, or within the Kingdom of God where we are called to serve, then how can we honestly be expected to properly Stand or to properly Serve? 

How can we be expected to do anything of any consequence concerning our divine provenance or our divine appointments, when we have never been taught how to see these things, in order to achieve God's intention for us.  Which requires us doing our part in the covenant between Christ and ourselves.

We must learn to Stand lawfully in "the sovereign" on a personal level yes, and most importantly on national and kingdom "Body politic" level, which is also in the mind of Christ. Which is the head and central intelligence for the body. It is the eyes, the ears, the hands, and the feet of the Body in a unified understanding. Which acts according to the power and authority given the body in our birthright inheritance on both of the sovereign foundations we represent, and stand upon.

Now is the time where We must Stand in "The Sovereign" where our true identity, our true authority, and our true power as the Body of Christ resides.  So that we can defy, and conspire against the things that degrade the divine within us and around us. History has shown; that God is willing to give His people,

what His people are willing to fight for.

The body of Christ must come to the full understanding that Romans 13 does not apply to foreign government subcontractors or to foreign government subsidiaries, but only to the lawful, Sovereign government for the united States of America, and for the Kingdom of God are We loyal.   PERIOD.

It's time to be honest with ourselves and recognize where we are, where we are not, and where we should actually be.

We have strayed from the plumb line, and from the blueprint, that God has designed us to live and move from. Because of this, we are out of harmony with creation, and with our Creator. We are out of TUNE collectively speaking. We no longer have an active or a reactive response, on a national or international level, and yet, our enemies taunt us with fear and war. We have no governing framework or structure in place to bring a covering over the people, or to remedy any major problems, pandemic or otherwise, thus, giving us no platform for a national unified voice to manifest the Kingdom's needs ..as "The Kingdom of Yehovah" in real time must have.

In the construction world, if we solely relied on architects, it would certainly hinder progress, leaving all ideas and concepts confined to the paper they were drawn on. Similarly, within the Kingdom, there are regional protocols and positions of purpose that exist within its governing structure, not to mention the myriad of public contributories. There are entire ministries designed to bring the Kingdom into Order that remain underutilized and basically untapped.

There has been a systematic breakdown in the governing bodies within The United States, as well, as a full on breakdown in the body of Christ for no longer having any governing structure active at all.  At the very least in Yeshua's day, there was the Sanhedrin, which stood between the people and Rome. Today there is no such entity acting as a covering for the people. As We seen during the COVID fiasco, where most Churches capitulated  to their local Municipalities, as if they are our lawful authority.  The Church has become uneducated and pushed away from our foundations and away from our birthright inheritances by witchcraft.

The Church is so engrossed in skin level operating procedures, that She fails to see the true Operations going on under her nose. She has a form of godliness, but she fails to stand in the power thereof. She continually denies that power, by failing to understand it, and by failing to utilize it as the Lawful Sovereign Birthright Heirs of both this nation and of the Kingdom of Yehovah.

Our service to the Kingdom of God MUST be done from a sovereign capacity. There is NO other option.  America was set up as a sovereign nation, for a Kingdom purpose.

The American Church body requires a "paradigm-shifting experience" which everyone sees coming, to refocus her perspective, enabling a realignment with the plumb-line of Christ, with a new profound clarity of purpose and action.

In Judah God is known, God chose the tribe of Judah, “the Mount Zion,” which he loved.

He hath desired it for His habitation.

Judah is His sanctuary, Israel His dominion.

We are much more than just mere men and women of a nation. We are the redeemed of Yeshua HaMashiach. The Great King of Judah.  King of the twelve tribal nations of Israel. King of kings & Lord of lords. The Melchizedek - The King & High Priest of Jerusalem.

Meaning... We are sons and daughters of The Royal House of Judah and are grafted onto the family tree of Israel, by the King of Judah Himself. This puts us directly in the King's governing house and His tabernacle.

We must analyze the visual that this prophetic shadow picture projects and realize where that puts us in the true reality of this nation, and of the Kingdom at present day.

Zech. 12 “In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, like a torch of fire in a sheath and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem. And the house of David shall be as God, like the Angel of Yeshua before them".

The house of David is;  (The Royal House of Judah). She is the governing house for all Israel.

The house of Judah is the rightful and lawful Royal House, she is where the tabernacle of David is raised up and re-established from. The Royal House of Judah is the governing structure for the Kingdom, and the tabernacle of David is the Sanctuary of the bridegroom, which is raised up by His Royal House ...betrothed.”

It’s a prophetic shadow picture of The Almighty King and His priest, of The Bridegroom and His bride, of The One True God and His people, concerning their government, His sanctuary, and His Kingdom family being regathered together once again.

 Represents: "We the People" The Primary Sovereign, who govern the Soil and Land Jurisdiction. This is the jurisdiction of our Union, our Federation and our Confederation.  It is the jurisdiction of “The United States” as Primary Authority in this nation, and of the "States of America" which is "The Primary Contractor" for the federal government.

BLUE holds an unincorporated sovereign status. This cannot be stressed enough.

We the People lawfully Stand as the Sovereign upon the living Soil Jurisdiction.  When we choose to operate in trade or  in Commerce, it is through our federal Land Jurisdiction.

As heirs of the framers, We the people govern the National, International and Global jurisdictions in our nation, under the Supreme law of the land, the organic Constitution of 1778 which is the Primary Contract (a trilateral contract) to which both foreign subsidiary governments are subject.

We created this position to help us form a more perfect Union for our nation of states, but now our government service providers are unlawfully occupying and operating the National government of "We the people" as their own. Understand they are “Foreign Corporations for Profit” doing business within the District of Columbia under Admiralty Law within the International Maritime Sea Jurisdiction.

This is a Foreign Authority doing business in Commerce within (t)he United States inc. This is Not the Soil and Land jurisdiction of (T)he United States, of We the people, and nor do they stand upon the organic Constitution. But rather they stand upon International Admiralty Law, Commercial Law, with a Commercial Constitution, and Commercial Courts for the benefit of “The Crown of England”. Orange represents the unlawful Occupier.

We the people established this position, to help us form a more perfect Union, but like the Territorial government, it too has unlawfully occupied our nation's cities via Corporate Municipalities working well outside of their proper jurisdiction, and operating as "foreign corporations for profit" doing business as "State of States" or Government Corporations. Noting that All corporations are under Global Air Jurisdiction.

Including  every incorporated church. Every Municipality in this nation is a corporate franchisee of the Municipal government (the parent franchise) of the District of Columbia.  and The District of Columbia is the franchise of the Municipal Trust of THE CITY OF ROME.

This is Not the Soil and Land jurisdiction of We the People".

It also unlawfully operates under Roman Civil Law or International Commercial Law, or British Admiralty Law throughout our local City, County and State Court systems, (which are found fraudulent by The law of the Land) and these courts are strictly for the benefit of "THE HOLY SEE" and the Roman Curia. ...And then the Civil War happened, where in the fog of war & chaos,  "THESE TWO SUBCONTRACTORS" openly changed the populations focal point, away from our lawful sovereign system of law and life, causing us to unwittingly submit ourselves to the commercial jurisdiction(s) of The British Crown and The Roman Empire, under the Commercial Charters, changing and suppressing the acts and the movements of all the peoples nationwide, through witchcraft & Fraud all the way up to present day.   Including all the Covenant peoples.

To all Incorporated Churches

If you thoroughly analyze the Flow of power chart above, you can plainly see, that all corporate churches operate in the green column. Once a private church "incorporates", she can no longer function as a biblically structured Church according to the biblical description, or a lawful church by definition of natural law. Nor can she Stand with correct lawful Standing anymore. Instead, she has stepped down from her sovereign birthright position, and away from her birthright capacities, to take on the status of a mere corporation. Which then changes the jurisdiction she stands in, from the Land jurisdiction, to The Sea Jurisdiction or the Air jurisdiction according to the framework of law.

Which then changes the authority she is subject to; moving her from The Word of God and our organic Constitution which is the Supreme Law of "the Land",  to Roman Civil law- which is Global Air jurisdictional Law, which is Commercial Law, or under Maritime Admiralty Law under International Jurisdiction of the sea, which is also commercial law, which then gives the State Inc. or the federal government Inc. the right to make claims against her and her personal and business assets or to mandate policies and rules against her personnel.

The Church by becoming “a corporator” lays down her sovereignty to take on the character, and the status, of a mere Limited corporation.

She can NOW exercise "NO POWER"  which is not derived from the Corporate Charter (including God's power) ...because she surrendered her sovereign status, and made herself subject to foreign commercial law by wet ink signature.

This is the form of Law to which every Incorporated church (pastor plus members) have submitted themselves too. This action puts those incorporated churches and their members outside of our lawful, sovereign, birthright jurisdiction and authority. Which affects the entire church body dramatically!

By your own consent, you have surrendered, and given up your God given birthrights, including your sovereignty, and you have done so for mere privilege's handed out by foreign authorities from the foreign jurisdictions of Commerce within The District of Columbia. Virtually chopping your own legs out from under you, while simultaneously pulling our own teeth!

So, Keep in mind that all corporations worldwide, are Constructs of The Holy Roman Empire.

Again, by this action, the Church moves herself outside of the national soil and international land jurisdiction into the Global Air Jurisdiction and the International Maritime Sea Jurisdiction. 

Meaning that Church now moves herself outside of the boundaries of our Declaration of Independence and of our organic Constitution placing "the people of God" directly under the authority of The Roman Empire, under Roman Civil Law, and Global Air Jurisdiction or directly under Maritime Admiralty Law under the International Jurisdiction of the Sea, and both are bound to the Commercial Charters made with The United States. 

Do you see the problem now?   We have all been deceived by our subcontractors into living and moving in a foreign jurisdiction, and under a foreign law, unwittingly now for 160 years.

The body of Christ is already exempt by virtue

...of being God's Church.

The Church does not ask permission from a lower level government service provider, for anything. There is no power above the body of Christ, but God alone.  These commercial subcontractors are here to serve us, according to treaty, and now you are their servants.

When the "Church" ask permission to be licensed and regulated as a tax-exempt corporation or organization under foreign law, She steps down 4 tiers below her proper birthright position in life, to act on a secondary or subcontractor level, and the question of the century is;  Why in God's name would God's Church do this to herself?!

In essence We are submitting and subjecting ourselves to our own employees and to their lessor form of law, who operate upon the foreign jurisdiction of the Sea.   As opposed to any of our actual private churches, which are protected by the 1st amendment of the Supreme Law of the Land,  i.e. The Organic Constitution of 1778.

There are two types of churches in America; unincorporated and Incorporated. One is led by the Spirit of God, and the other is controlled by the Roman Empire to whom they have surrendered their authority.

No corporate entity of any type or semblance has the right or the authority to dictate or mandate community standards of any type to the living people, or even the Law for that matter, especially  when concerning the public. But yet, in 1954, "the Foreign jurisdictional Municipal Courts of Commerce" came inland and covertly overshadowed our Common law-Public Law, Land law Courts which are under our organic Constitution, never disclosing the intention of the government subsidiary to the American people.   Why?

Perpetrating Constructive Fraud against the American people from foreign jurisdictional Courts are crimes, even high crimes against Humanity. 

What government will be the super power at the end of the age?

 Who is it that defines, describes, limits, and charters all forms of corporations worldwide?

It's The Roman Curia

This is where all the labels and boxes and business structures and political units and subunits are all dreamed up and this is the way it has been for over 3,000 years. Which includes all the statutory and commercial trusts,  S Corps, C Corps, B Corps, PC’s, LLC's, Ltd's, 501c3's, Cooperatives, Foundations, Cities, Municipalities, States, Tribes, Non-Profits, Nations, Provinces, Commonwealths, Monarchies, Territories, and the Offices and Agents associated with all of them?

Now consider that under Roman Civil Law, the Maxim of Law is that "the Creator of something, whether a good idea or a bad idea, …is responsible for it".

So, the Curia is the creator that stands responsible for oversight of all these nefarious creations of theirs, but then, they also own them too, under Roman Civil Law and its codification, Municipal Law, which applies to non-clerical citizens of the Holy Roman Empire, and Canon Law which applies to the lawyers and priests.

This entire system which gives order and “hierarchy” to the world comes from Ancient Babylon, ancient EYGPT, and ancient Rome, under The Roman Catholic Church.

It has a Municipal Corporation backed by a Municipal Trust.

So, when the City of Rome forms franchises of itself to extend the reach of the Holy Roman Empire into our Country,  and down through the State and County levels, what form do these franchises take?

They are all operated as Municipal Corporations backed by the Municipal Trust in Rome.

So, the Municipality of Washington, DC, is set up as a Municipal Corporation franchise of the City of Rome backed by the Municipal Trust.
